You heard me, but I'll say it again for the people at the back

Race is a social construct.

If you interpreted this headline as me saying race isn't an issue, or isn't relevant to today's society, then I politely ask you to get in the bin. You are not yet ready to be educated in all matters race and not yet in the place of your own personal journey to join me on mine. When you're ready you have an open invite to return but for now, there is no room at the in. 

Even I know this is a massive monster to tackle, but that isn't going to stop me. If anything it ignites my curiosity and thirst for knowledge. 

Really and truly if I asked you now "What is Race?" would you know the answer? If you feel you do how would you justify it, what sources would you cite, how would you put it in layman terms. 

Now lets say you're able to reach this point. Do you suddenly have all the answers to the subtopics? Are you able to even list all the subtopics. 

I for one am not. So instead of waiting to be told, lets learn together.
